Hello Team
We are new here and are looking form some help, we have gotten our ETC ION working with iRFR (Full and Preview Versions) but we have been unable to get oscRFR to connect. We figure it is something todo with possible current running firmware versions on the board but not sure, additionally iRFR uses the machine name as the password to connect, and oscRFR does not have an option for password.
Any help here would be fantastic.

What version of software are you running on your Ion?
Have you gone through the setup pages on our website?
oscRFR doesn't use a password just the ip address.
Pay special attention to the show control setting. Both the String RX and the String and OSC TX boxes need to be enabled.
OSC needs to be enabled in the networking tab of the shell as well.
