Re: Fader page not show cue stack
Hi there, It's hard to say what exactly is happening - although there are situations with Faders where EOS doesn't send the information to the App (so we can't show it) or we don't request it. Sometimes if you are on the fader page when the device is put to sleep - we don't automatically request the...

Re: problem connecting to Ion
Your settings look good. Screen shots of the Router setup and the iPad address etc might help.
Agree it looks like a router issue. Post whatever else you can and we'll start troubleshooting properly.
Thanks,
Patrick

Re: +% and -% keys not working
This is an issue with EOS 2.6 For whatever reason "+%" is no longer a valid OSC key name.
I'll ping Andrew - but I think we are stuck until 2.7 fixes the issue.

Re: Amazon App Crashing on Connection
New version uploaded to Amazon store - should be available tomorrow morning.
We only have a few Kindle devices out there - so any crash/bug issues please let us know.

Re: Amazon App Crashing on Connection
Hi There,
Many apologies on the delayed response. You are absolutely correct on the reason for the crashing. EOS 2.6 introduced several bugs that caused our Apps to crash - and I forgot the Amazon store was separate from Android.
I will get a new build up sometime tomorrow.
Best,
Patrick

Re: Problem with connection to Nomad
Hey Markus,
oscRFR uses OSC Version 1.0 In the Shell Setup under OSC you have version 1.1 chosen. Let's start with that and see if it fixes it.
Sorry for the troubles,
Patrick

Re: oscRFR and EOS Element
Hi Zach, OSC was introduced in EOS version 2.3 If your console is running 2.1.2 oscRFR wont be able to connect to it. There are a lot of great features coming out for Element in 2.6 - which is scheduled for release sometime this month. Even without the app - it would be worth upgrading the desk to g...
