OSCrfr errors - from EOS 2.6 update?

Post by Jason L. » Mon Aug 14, 2017 8:31 pm

Hi,

I came back from hiatus to my show and updated the Gio to EOS v2.6.0.9.0.103. Since doing so I've lost the +% and -% buttons on the OSCrfr. They don't respond at all. I'll keep checking them all to see what else is affected, but so far those jump out as missing.

Also, there's a ,0(i) always on the command line now that wasn't there before (see photo)

To be nice I updated my iPad2 to iOS 9.3.5 (the last OS it can run). Then downloaded all my apps from scratch, so it's a clean install of iOS.

Any ideas?

Thanks for the report. We know about both of these issues.

The +-% buttons are an issue on the Eos side. They have been submitted as a bug and will be fixed. Not sure when that will happen.

The ,0(i) on the command line will be fixed in the next release of oscRFR. It is actually a helpful item for us. The 0 will turn into a 1 whenever the command line is in an error state and we will track this to change the color of the command line.

Thanks!

Andrew

There are a lot more numbers in the "Direct Selects"-screen, too. If I remember correct, there were only the numbers of the saved palettes and so, but now there are numbers everywhere and the saved things have them doubled.

Gross.

2.6 has made a lot of work for Andrew :-) Hopefully we'll have this addressed soon.

Thanks for the pics

Patrick
