Thank You for great customer service

I'd like to make an unsolicited thank you to the staff at Alien Stagecraft. (Patrick, specifically)
Late evening on 23rd December I inquired if oscRFR would work on Kindle Fire. I got a response within hours and, despite me saying I was in no hurry for this to be resolved over the holidays, the application was added to the Amazon Appstore on Christmas Eve.
I do already have ETC's aRFR working on the Kindle Fire so the network connections to the theatre's Ion were already functioning. But I also have a Nomad system so I was interested in something that would give me encoder wheels.
It was only yesterday I was next in a position to test that the application works when connected to our Ion in the theatre. To my delight it works just fine. And the pan/tilt encoders work great - I was able to use my Fire to adjust a Focus palette where the targets are in the auditorium and impossible to see from the control position.
